Travis Scott Contrast

We're beyond excited to take you behind the scenes of our latest creation - the Travis Scott Contrast Pack. It's not just a shoe, it's a story, a work of art that you can wear!

Our inspiration came from the Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low Black Phantom, particularly its distinctive contrast stitching. We took this idea and ran with it, creating a two-toned shoe that pairs brown with contrast stitching on the leather.

We've crafted the shoe primarily from brown Nubuck, a material known for its luxurious softness and durability. We also wanted to add a bit of extra personality, so we included accents in a beautiful terracotta hue, using high-quality suede for that extra touch of sophistication.

On the inside, the shoe is lined with soft mesh, ensuring comfort with each and every step. But let's talk about the details - the parts of the shoe that make it uniquely ours, uniquely you.

We used a laser machine to add three standout details:

  1. On the toe box, you'll find the cactus jack logo, laser-engraved and prominently displayed.

  2. Inside the shoe on the quarter, there's a custom shoe box label, laser-engraved with all things VIJZ-related.

  3. On the outside mudguard, we laser-engraved the phrase "wearable piece of art" in Japanese. Because that's what these shoes are - wearable pieces of art.

But we didn't stop there. We also embossed the cactus jack logo on the heel, using heat to create a tactile, three-dimensional effect.

Finally, let's talk about the base of the shoe. We chose the Air Max 1 Ironstone as our donor shoe because its midsole and outsole were a perfect fit for our design. It's the foundation that brings the whole piece together.

We're super proud of the Travis Scott Contrast Pack and we can't wait for you to step into them. But before you do, we'd love to hear from you. What's your favorite detail about the Travis Scott Contrast Pack? Let us know in the comments!

Till next time, Vince
