For this release, we used the Nike Air Max 1 x Patta - Maroon as donor shoes. Because the midsole was slightly yellowed, this gave a more vintage look. Also the outsole has a nice Bordeaux color that fits this color scheme nicely.

Welcome to the Oldfangled Nike Air Max 1, a unique and sustainable sneaker that is sure to turn heads. This sneaker is made from recycled materials, specifically an old chair, and features a vintage-inspired design with modern features such as a comfortable cushioned sole and breathable fabric.
The Oldfangled Nike Air Max 1 is not only stylish, but also environmentally friendly. By repurposing an old chair, we are able to reduce waste and give new life to an otherwise discarded piece of furniture. The bold and retro-inspired design is sure to make a statement, and the unique color palette adds to the sneaker's one-of-a-kind appeal.
The making process of these sneakers was a challenging task, as it required skilled craftsmen to carefully disassemble the old chair and transform it into the stylish and comfortable Oldfangled Nike Air Max 1. Each shoe is handcrafted with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

Made from the fabric of a vintage chair, which we decided should have a second life.
We had the joy to admire this masterpiece from an earlier time, now you get the joy to walk in it. Even after 70 years the fabric still holds its quality and hasn’t worn a bit. Paired with a bordeaux swoosh, and millennial pink leather this sneaker really feels like wearable vintage.
