About this project

Being entirely yourself is one of the most important factors when choosing a new (side) job. But how do you show who you are? With a unique and original clothing style. At Domino's, applicants can now add a photo of their sneakers to their application. Sneak(er) peek: if there is a match with the unique Domino's culture, new employees will also have a chance to win Domino's Limited Edition Air Jordan 1 High from Vijz from August 22 to September 11.

The Limited Edition sneaker was specially designed for Domino's by Vijz. It's a custom-made Air Jordan 1 High. In addition to the distinctive Domino's red, white and blue, the shoe has unique features. For example, there is a zipper in the lip, where delivery drivers can keep their tips. You can find Domino's logo subtly on the heel. Furthermore, part of the shoe is provided with a reflective fabric, which contributes to visibility on the road.

Be completely yourself Casper Mooyman, Head of Marketing at Domino's Netherlands, says: "We often see our employees look great with striking shoes under their characteristic Domino's outfit. It is an extension of their identity. By putting the spotlight on the shoes, we want to emphasize how important we think it is that you can be yourself at Domino's."
